Your license must be valid
Premium updates, support, and activation may require a valid Freemius license.

Test before depending on it
Use the 7-day free trial and test on your own store, preferably staging first.
Who provides FlatSearch.Pro.
These Terms apply to FlatSearch.Pro, the FlatSearch.Pro website, and the FlatSearch.Pro plugin unless another written agreement says otherwise.

FlatSearch.Pro is built for WordPress, WooCommerce, and the Flatsome theme.
Flatsome + WooCommerce
The plugin is designed to improve the existing Flatsome search box, live search dropdown, mobile search, product results, and search results page.
Cloudflare and cache tools
Some features work better when Cloudflare, Redis, object cache, or speed plugins are configured correctly.
Custom stores
Heavy child-theme customizations, custom WooCommerce product types, multilingual setups, and aggressive speed settings should be tested on staging.
Your license lets you use the plugin, not own the source product.
Subject to payment, activation, and these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use FlatSearch.Pro on the number of websites allowed by your plan.
- You may use the plugin for your own store or client stores within your plan limit.
- You may receive updates and support while your license is active.
- You must keep your license key secure.
- You must not share, resell, publish, or distribute the plugin ZIP or license key.
- Reselling or redistributing FlatSearch.Pro without permission.
- Sharing your license key publicly or with unauthorized users.
- Trying to bypass Freemius licensing, activation, plan limits, or update checks.
- Copying, cloning, or reverse engineering the plugin to create a competing product.
- Using the plugin for illegal, harmful, abusive, or security-breaking activity.
- Removing copyright, license, or ownership notices.

Freemius helps run checkout, licenses, subscriptions, and customer accounts.
FlatSearch.Pro is sold through Freemius. Freemius may process payments, subscriptions, taxes, invoices, license keys, software updates, customer accounts, refunds, and related service data.

Freemius terms also apply
When you use Freemius checkout, Freemius customer portal, license activation, or Freemius account tools, you may also be bound by Freemius terms, privacy policy, and checkout terms shown at the time of purchase.
Payments, renewals, and refunds are handled through Freemius.

Payment
Payment methods, billing details, taxes, invoices, and receipts are handled through Freemius and its payment providers.
Renewal
Annual licenses may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, depending on the checkout terms.
Cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund previous payments.
Refund
Refund requests are reviewed under our 14-day refund policy and processed through Freemius when approved.

Guided Answer Search is AI-style, but store-made. You write and approve the answer card content, choose products, set aliases, and decide what shoppers see.
- You own or control the content you create in your store.
- You are responsible for product claims, recipe claims, health claims, safety claims, and legal compliance.
- You should check that selected products are accurate, available, priced correctly, and suitable.
- You should not create misleading, illegal, unsafe, or infringing content.

Guided Answer Cards are store-created ecommerce content. They are not medical, legal, financial, safety, or professional advice.
Support helps with the plugin, not every website problem.

After changing settings, clear object cache, page cache, browser cache, and Cloudflare cache if used.

Your use of FlatSearch.Pro is also covered by our Privacy Policy. Freemius Privacy Policy and data practices may apply when you use Freemius checkout, licensing, account, and payment services.

- Search analytics may store search terms when enabled.
- Cloudflare Fast Search may cache public search route responses if enabled.

Speed depends on hosting, database, product count, images, cache, Cloudflare, plugin conflicts, and browser conditions.
No perfect search guarantee
Search accuracy depends on product titles, SKUs, categories, tags, stock, prices, synonyms, and content quality.
No full third-party guarantee
We cannot guarantee that all third-party plugins, custom code, CDNs, cache settings, or hosting environments will always work perfectly.
Your license can end if the rules are broken.
We may suspend or terminate access to updates, support, license activation, or premium features if these Terms are violated.
- Non-payment, failed renewal, or cancelled subscription may end premium access.
- License abuse, sharing, or resale may result in termination.
- Attempts to bypass license checks may result in termination.
- Abusive, harmful, illegal, or fraudulent use may result in termination.
What may stop
- Premium updates.
- Premium support.
- License activations on new websites.
- Access to downloads through Freemius.
- Some premium cloud/license-connected services if applicable.
Malaysia law
Unless mandatory law or the Freemius checkout terms require otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Any dispute should first be raised by contacting help@flatsearchpro.com so both sides can try to resolve it fairly.

We may update these Terms when the plugin, features, plans, Freemius settings, support process, refund policy, or legal requirements change.

Do these Terms replace Freemius terms?
No. These Terms cover FlatSearch.Pro. Freemius terms, checkout terms, privacy policy, and customer account terms may also apply when you use Freemius services.
Can I use one license on many websites?
Only up to your plan limit. Starter allows 1 website, Business allows up to 5 websites, and Agency allows up to 25 websites.
Can I use FlatSearch.Pro for client websites?
Yes, if your plan includes enough website activations and you do not share, resell, or publish the license key or plugin ZIP.
Do I need to backup before installing?
Yes. Backup your website files and database before installing, updating, or changing important search settings on a live store.
Does FlatSearch.Pro guarantee faster search?
No exact speed result is guaranteed because every store has different hosting, database, cache, products, images, plugins, and traffic.
Is Guided Answer Search a live AI agent?
No. It is AI-style but store-made. You write and approve the card, choose products, and are responsible for the content.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are reviewed under our 14-day refund policy and processed through Freemius when approved. Contact support first so we can try to fix the issue.
