FlatSearch.Pro is a WooCommerce product-discovery solution with Fast Index retrieval, intelligent relevance, search-specific frontend performance and optional cache acceleration.

Buy the right plan
Your subscription determines how many websites can receive licensed activations, updates and support.
Test before depending on it
Use the trial and preferably a staging environment to validate FlatSearch.Pro with your actual products and infrastructure.
Protect your license account
Do not publish or commercially resell your FlatSearch.Pro license key, Freemius account access or paid support entitlement.
Protect your store
Maintain backups and use reasonable staging/testing practices before major updates or infrastructure changes.
Who provides FlatSearch.Pro.
These Terms govern the commercial relationship between you and WHISKY SDN BHD for FlatSearch.Pro unless another written agreement expressly applies.
Using the commercial FlatSearch.Pro service means accepting these Terms.
When you buy
You agree to these Terms, the plan information shown at purchase and applicable Freemius checkout/subscription terms.
When you activate
You authorize the license-validation workflow and confirm that the activation is within the website limit of the purchased plan.
When you install
You confirm that you are authorized to install software and make configuration changes on the relevant WordPress website.
FlatSearch.Pro is a WooCommerce commerce-search solution.
The current product is broader than its original Flatsome-specific search integration.

Subject to payment and applicable plan terms, your FlatSearch.Pro subscription provides commercial entitlements for the number of websites permitted by the purchased plan.

Payment
Billing, taxes, receipts and payment handling are provided through Freemius and applicable payment processors.
Renewal
Recurring annual subscriptions may renew automatically according to the checkout/subscription terms unless cancelled beforehand.
Cancellation
Cancellation prevents future renewal according to the applicable subscription terms. It does not automatically reverse an earlier payment.
Refund
Refund requests are considered separately under the published FlatSearch.Pro Refund Policy and applicable purchase terms.

No perfect-result guarantee
Search quality depends partly on product data, query wording and configured relevance features.
No universal third-party guarantee
We cannot guarantee compatibility with every custom theme, plugin, hosting stack or future third-party update.
Paid service entitlements can end.
Cancellation, non-payment or serious misuse can affect commercial access associated with the FlatSearch.Pro account.
- Premium updates may stop after entitlement ends.
- Premium support may stop after entitlement ends.
- New licensed site activations may become unavailable.
- Customer download access may be affected.
- Fraudulent license abuse may result in account action.
Ending a subscription is not the same as deleting your store.
Subscription or support termination does not authorize us to delete your WooCommerce products, orders or merchant website.
Malaysia
Unless mandatory law or applicable transaction terms require otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

We may update these Terms as FlatSearch.Pro, plan structures, Freemius configuration, integrations, support practices or legal requirements evolve.

Is FlatSearch.Pro still a Flatsome-only plugin?
No.
FlatSearch.Pro is now positioned as a WooCommerce commerce-search solution. Flatsome remains the deepest-tested theme integration, while FlatSearch.Pro also provides its own universal search form and search-icon surface.
How many websites can I activate?
The current plan structure is Starter 1 website, Business up to 5 websites and Agency up to 20 websites.
The applicable checkout/plan information remains important if the commercial plans are changed later.
Can an agency use FlatSearch.Pro on client sites?
Yes, provided the client-site activations stay within the website limit and commercial terms of the purchased plan.
Can I share my FlatSearch.Pro license key?
Do not publicly share or commercially resell your private license key or FlatSearch.Pro customer account access.
License activations must remain within the purchased plan entitlement.
Does FlatSearch.Pro guarantee a 30 ms search?
No.
Approximately 30–50 ms warm cached-edge responses have been demonstrated in the validated production environment, but actual latency depends on hosting, geography, cache state, catalogue size, images and network conditions.
Do I need Cloudflare?
No. Cloudflare is an optional acceleration layer.
Fast Index provides the dedicated uncached origin-search path.
Do I need Redis or Object Cache Pro?
No. Persistent object caching is optional infrastructure that can accelerate appropriate server paths.
Is Guided Answer Search generated by an uncontrolled AI agent?
No.
The current Guided Answer feature is merchant-controlled. The store defines the answer content, trigger terms and associated WooCommerce products.
Do these Terms replace Freemius terms?
No.
These Terms govern the FlatSearch.Pro commercial relationship with WHISKY SDN BHD. Freemius’ own terms may separately apply to Freemius checkout, payment, customer-account and licensing services.
Can I get a refund?
Refund eligibility is governed by the FlatSearch.Pro Refund Policy, applicable purchase terms and any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
The current public policy uses a 14-day Strict Money Back Guarantee.
Do I need to make a backup before updating?
Maintaining current backups is strongly recommended for any business-critical WordPress store.
Major updates or infrastructure changes should preferably be validated on staging first.
